Returns & Cancellations
At The Beauty Club™, we guarantee a full money back refund without questions if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product(s) being opened and used. Please note that notification within 7 days of receipt is required and the product must be returned to us within 10 working days.
Dissatisfaction includes any tangible issue with the product including where a brand changes ingredients or the formula of a product.
We regret we cannot offer a return once the product has been opened and used. We are not able to provide a refund for an order returned due to change of mind. Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product(s), either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or colour in terms of makeup.
If there is a defect in the product only noticed upon opening the product, then it may be returned to us for a replacement. Please note that notification within 7 days of receipt is required and the product must be returned to us within 15 working days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Please include your order number, name, address and reason for the return.
Please note that in order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund the merchandise must be returned to us, unless otherwise stated.
Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials. Please select and order all fragrance products with care as we are unable to accept returns on Fragrances due to transportation restrictions. Australia Post does not allow the transportation of fragrances through their network.
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully and that you enter you shipping information correctly.
