How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, simply visit our online tracking system here. You will need your order number and the email address that you have used to place your order.
To track your order, simply visit our delivery and tracking information page by clicking here. Alternatively, if you have a tracking number beginning with '7', you can track your order on Australia Post https://auspost.com.au/ after 24 hours. If you have a tracking number beginning with 'G', then your order is coming from our New York warehouse and may not be trackable for 6-8 days. We recommend contacting our Customer Service team after this time for an update.
My tracking is displaying as incorrect or invalid?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update online, if it has not yet been 24 hours then we recommend waiting until after this time before contacting us.
My tracking is still displaying as processing?
Orders that are being sent interstate are often sent in larger consignments and are then unpacked and scanned at your local sorting hub. The tracking will remain as processing until it reaches your local city.
When will my parcel arrive?
The majority of our products have an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days. Products from our New York warehouse currently have an estimated delivery time of 10 business days, these items have their location listed under the product description.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Beauty Club™ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay and ZipPay. Please note that a 2% surcharge will apply for all American Express payments.
How much does shipping cost?
Members and guests at The Beauty Club are eligible for Free Shipping on every order over $89. For order below $89, shipping will cost $9.95. The Beauty Club is also proud to accept Shipster, if you have a Shipster membership, checkout using your membership email to get Free Shipping.
What is Afterpay and ZipPay and how do I use it?
Afterpay and ZipPay are flexible payment methods that allow you to purchase the products you want now, and then pay for them over an extended period. To use either of these methods, simply select the one you want to use at checkout and you will be redirected to the relevant site for sign up.
When will my order be processed?
We try to process orders as soon as possible however please note that orders placed on Friday after 5 PM will begin processing on the following Monday. The The Beauty Club™ Customer Care Team will contact you with a follow-up email if the product(s) you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for payment verification.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sales and holiday periods where this may take up to 72 hours. Delays may also be experienced with an order if further credit information checks are required. Orders placed on a Friday after 5 PM will not be processed until the following working day.
What is i=change and the popup after my order?
i=change is a charity that The Beauty Club works with to donate $1 from every order received. After checkout, a popup will display which will show the three charities that The Beauty Club is currently supporting, and you'll get to choose where your money goes! Click here to find out more >
I want an item however it says 'OUT OF STOCK'
We usually restock products within 3-4 weeks, so we recommend saving the web link on your computer and checking again after this time.
Can I cancel my order?

Where is my order coming from?
The Beauty Club have warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Hong Kong and New York. Products from our New York warehouse will have this written on the listing as they have a longer estimated delivery time of 10 business days.
As of 2018, The Beauty Club has become an open marketplace, meaning that other brands can also list their products on our site and dispatch from our or their own warehouse.

Yes, you most definitely can place an order on The Beauty Club™ without becoming a member. If you are an occasional shopper, then you do not need to join The Beauty Club. You can still browse and shop over 16,000 skincare, makeup, hair care and fragrance products. If you change your mind, you can opt to join The Beauty Club and receive an even greater discount on all your beauty essentials.
How do I earn points?
Members of The Beauty Club™ earn one point for every dollar spent. It will automatically be calculated after you log in to your The Beauty Club™ account and place an order. By being an active member of the beauty club community, and doing the thing you love most (talking beauty), you can also earn more points! Here’s how you can start earning even more points: invite your friends to join The Beauty Club™ and earn 50 points for all successful sign-ups and earn 5 points for every product review. When and how can I redeem my points?
Once your points balance is displayed in your account. Once you have reached a minimum of 500-points, you will be able to redeem your points for a gift voucher or a free gift. To redeem your points, all you need to do is log into The Beauty Club™ Members section and click redeem. Once you have clicked redeem, a gift voucher code will automatically be emailed to you. To redeem your gift voucher, simply enter the voucher code at checkout to receive your discount.
What is The Beauty Club Marketplace?
As of 2018, The Beauty Club has opened up our doors to other retailers who would like to list their products on our site. By doing so we have allowed our customers to gain access to hard-to-find brands from around the globe. We only allow the best retailers to sell through The Beauty Club, so you can shop confidently knowing that all products are genuine and of the highest quality.
How many parcels will I receive?
As we are now a marketplace, this means that customers may receive products from more than one supplier and as such, receive more than one parcel. Please be assured that we always try to minimise the number of parcels that are shipped for your convenience.

I have found a cheaper product online, can I have a price match?
At the time of purchase, The Beauty Club™ will match other online retailer's advertised prices. We are unable to match a price after an order has been placed so we highly recommend contacting us before placing your order. Where is your warehouse located?
Please note that we source our products from many distributors around the world with our major distribution centers being located in Hong Kong and New York. These are the most central location allowing us to deliver goods to our customers around the world without any shipping charges.
Will I be charged taxes and duties?
The Beauty Club™ currently ships to customers in over 100 countries. Whilst many countries, particularly Australia, do not charge customs and duty on small packages, many other countries do. Please note that your country may charge you taxes and duties on your parcel. We recommend checking with your local agencies for further information on taxed and duties payable.
Australian orders are tax free up to $1000 AUD. We are not responsible for any VAT or tax charges that your country may charge you.
Is it safe to place an order online The Beauty Club™?

What is the merchant name that will appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement charge will show the name 'Simple Net' as the vendor (this is the parent company for The Beauty Club™ ). The security and increasing total acceptance of credit card payment for web transactions leads us to list this as the simple efficient system of payment.
