The Beauty Club™ offers FREE SHIPPING for members on all orders, worldwide.
Orders are shipped by Australia Post eParcel services and are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday to your chosen shipping address. Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. A signature and photo id is required upon receipt.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: During peak Sale season in November we receive hundreds of orders each day. We'll be working overtime to make sure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible, but please allow 2 to 3 business days for dispatch during this busy time.
Major Cities: 4 -7 working days
Other cities: 7-10 working days
Regional areas: 7-14 working days
Remote areas: 10-14 working days
Orders Coming From New York: Items that are listed as coming from New York have an estimated delivery time of 9-14 business days.
Customers worldwide also have the option of paying for express delivery in 3 full working days for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and 3-5 working days for all other locations. To track express post parcels, click here.
Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and therefore do not qualify for 3 day express shipping.
Some brands incur a $75 minimum purchase for international shipping.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please follow the detailed instructions provided in the email in order to track your order.
