The Beauty Club welcomes Roseanne Tang, Youtube Beauty Guru

Roseanne started her run on Youtube like many Youtube beauty gurus out there watching videos and dreaming of one day becoming one herself. Thinking that her shop-a-holic instincts mixed in with her love of experimentation and speech would go well with a Youtube review channel, Roseanne decided to jump onto the bandwagon on March 2008 with a channel that held a promise to convey true reviews of beauty products. It was a jump that she’s never regretted.

Starting out with small end brands in her early teen years, she once thought that drugstore products were pricy when she first embarked on her makeup journey with a nameless 88 eye-shadow palette. However now her perspectives have totally changed. Her favorite brands are those high end, ranging from her beloved NARS to MAC to Shu Uemura. In fact her first brush looked like a balding parrot, but not to worry she is presently a proud owner of a few MAC brushes. As her collection grew, so did her love for makeup and her love of conveying this passion to her Youtube viewers. Helpful and informative, she aims to help viewers avoid mediocre products while grabbing the good ones off the shelf.

Roseanne’s passion has roots in mostly face makeup although she has never attended a formal make up school. She’s learned most from Youtube and from other real people who give the same kind of unbiased opinions that she does.  An avid collector of blushes, powders, foundations and brushes, she loves her morning face routine and prefers to carry a neutral eye.

Roseanne Tang was born in Malaysia, grew up in Singapore and attended the Singapore American School for her whole pre-k to high school degree and now studies Commerce at the University of Melbourne. She travels back to Singapore for the holidays and absolutely loves being with her family and dog, catching up with friends and not to mention shopping!
