Becoming a Member of The Beauty Club

All The Beauty Club shoppers must register an account with us to make purchases. There is an annual fee of $55 AUD to register with The Beauty Club. To register, simply select
JOIN NOW. You will be prompted to enter your email, billing and shipping details. This information will be stored on our secure server, making all subsequent checkouts fast and easy. Your email address will function as your username each time you log in. Passwords are case sensitive.

Ordering and Payment

In order to place an order with The Beauty Club you must be a member and you must be logged in to your account. Once logged in you can start browsing our product range. From the product detail page select the product, size and shade and then click Buy Now.

When you add an item to your cart, the product will appear on the right hand side of the screen in the shopping cart. If you click Check Out, you will be brought to your cart. You can also view your cart by clicking View Cart at the top of the screen.

From your cart, you can:

•Move an item from your cart to your Wish List.

•Remove an item from your cart.

•Adjust quantities.

Items added to your wish list will be saved in your cart, but merchandise availability is not guaranteed.

Checking Out

When you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, click the Check Out button. Please note that you will only be able to add a product to the shopping cart and checkout if you are a member and are logged in.

Checkout involves 3 simple steps: Shipping, Payment and Order Confirmation.

Step 1

On the Order Form screen, you will select your shipping address and method.

On this screen, you can also opt to select and gift card and gift-wrap your purchase.

You will also be able to apply promotional codes/coupons.

Step 2

On the Payment screen, you will see your total, as well as any discounts that have been applied to the order.

In order to pay for your order, you must select a payment method. The Beauty Club accepts Visa, Master Card, and PayPal as payment methods.

Please ensure that you enter all information carefully and then select Submit.

Step 3

On the Confirm Order screen, you will see the details of your transaction. If you are satisfied that your order is correct, click Submit.

Please note: Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.


Out of Stock

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on The Beauty Club, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. We will provide you with a store credit which can be used on your next order with The Beauty Club. You can use the store credit to complete and pay for your order. The Beauty Club will notify you within 24-48 hours if we are unable to fulfil a product(s) in your order. Store credits are valid for 1 year.


Order Processing Information

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM will begin processing on the following Monday. The Beauty Club will contact you with a follow-up email if the product(s) you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

The Beauty Club offers Free Shipping to anywhere in the world.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sales and holiday periods where this may take up to72 hours. Delays may also be experienced with an order if further credit information checks are required.

Please note that we source our products from many distributors around the world with our major distribution centre being located in Hong Kong. This is the most central location allowing us to deliver goods to our customer around the world without any shipping charges. Orders are shipped by Australian Air Express Couriers and are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday. To your chosen shipping address. Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.  Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. A signature and photo id is required upon receipt.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Major Cities: 5-7 working days

Other cities: 7-10 working days

Regional areas: 7-14 working days

Remote areas: 10-14 working days

Customers worldwide also have the option of paying for express delivery in 3 working days for major cities, and 3-5 working days for more inaccessible locations.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please follow the detailed instructions provided in the email in order to track your order.

The above shipping methods are only used for Australian Customers.  International orders will be delivered by your local postal services. Please contact your local postal services with your tracking number for information on the location of your parcel.


Returned To Sender Parcels

Please ensure that you complete your billing and shipping details correctly in order to ensure that your parcel reaches you. The Beauty Club Is not responsible for incorrectly completed shipping information which result in your parcel being returned to sender.  Please note that Returned to Sender Parcels can take up to 2 months to reach our warehouse. We will be unable to reship or refund your order until we have received the returned parcel.

If a parcel is returned to sender because it was not collected in time from your local post office, The Beauty Club cannot refund or reship your order until it is received at our warehouse. We recommend checking with your local post office if you have not received your order within 10 working days.


Returns and Cancellations

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully and that you enter you shipping information correctly.

We guarantee a full money back refund without questions if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product(s) being opened and used. Please note that notification within 7 days of receipt is required and the product must be returned to us within 15 working days.

We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product(s), either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or colour in terms of makeup.

If there is a defect in the product only noticed upon opening the product, then it may be returned to us for a replacement. Please note that notification within 7 days of receipt is required and the product must be returned to us within 15 working days.  Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Please include your order number, name, address and reason for the return.

Please note that in order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund the merchandise must be returned to us. It is not acceptable to not return merchandise and to expect a refund/replacement.


Price Guarantee and Price Matching

At the time of purchase, The Beauty Club will match other online retailer's advertised prices. Please email support@thebeautyclub.com.au to verify eligible match prior to placing your order.  Our policy requires:

  • Price match must be on merchandise that is identical in terms of size and shade.
  • The merchandise must be first quality.
  • The merchandise must be in stock and available for immediate shipment
  • The retailer's promotions must be visible on their site for verification.
  • The retailer's website must offer traceable shipping
  • The retailer's prices must be published in Australian dollars

Please contact us for a price match and we will check the prices and either adjust ours or send you individual information on our findings. Remember that when calculating the price of a product, you must add the shipping and handling cost that many stores charge. The Beauty Club offers Free Shipping and Handling. Please also note that we offer free traceable shipping, whereas many stores do not. Unfortunately we cannot price match to stores that do not offer free traceable delivery.

The Beauty Club is also unable to price match to retail store and online store discount sales and promotions or to discount and auction stores selling grey-quality perfumes and cosmetic, such as Chemists and eBay .

Taxes and Duties

We currently ship to customers in over 100 countries worldwide.  Whilst many countries, particularly Australia, do not charge customs and duty on small packages, many other countries do. Please note that your country may charge you taxes and duties on your parcel. We recommend checking with your local agencies for further information on taxed and duties payable.


Payment Information

We operate the Secured Socket Layers (S.S.L.) 128bit security system for all on line transactions. Users should have Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, Netscape 4.5 or above, in order to access our payment gateway. Our payment gateway is operated by NAB Transact and Simple Net Australia Pty Ltd. We accept Master Card, Visa and PayPal as payment options. Your statement charge will show the name 'Simple Net' as the vendor (this is the parent company for The Beauty Club). The security and increasing total acceptance of credit card payment for web transactions leads us to list this as the simple efficient system of payment. If you have an objection to this method, and sincerely wish to purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make alternative arrangements.

Privacy and Security

Security: Our goal at The Beauty Club is to make your shopping experience safe, convenient and worry free. The privacy and security programmes we have installed guarantee your security and excellent shopping experience.  At The Beauty Club, all your personal information is protected by our Secure Server Software (SSL) which fully encrypts and protects all of your personal data (name, address, credit card number) so that it cannot be read by anyone over the internet. We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server.
