General: Simply join the beauty club, login and browse through our product offering. To purchase simply hit the buy button next the product. This will add the product to your shopping cart and you can choose to continue shopping or checkout. We operate the S.S.L. security system for all online transactions. Users should have Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, Netscape 4.5 or above, in order to access our payment gateway.
We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.

If you have an objection to this method, and sincerely wish to purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make alternative arrangements.
To Order: You must be a member to view and buy from our range. Please join the Beauty Club as your first step towards making an order. Then shop throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date. Regular shipping is always free with The Beauty Club, however, any express mail charges will be listed before your final checkout. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer to for tracking purposes. Please include your day time and night time phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
If any item is out of stock you will be notified and your credit card will be refunded.

Please remember most distributors and web sites charge for delivery, we do not. Only compare the total net delivered cost with our price as quoted.

All orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination. From there, they will be carried on by registered post to your home address. Please note that we source our products from many distributors around the world with our major distribution centre being located in Hong Kong. This is the most central location allowing us to deliver goods to our customers around the world.

We currently regularly ship to customers in over 100 countries worldwide.
The majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, Japan, Korea, do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns
We guarantee a full money back refund without questions if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened. (Notification within 7 days of receipt please). We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Please send back with the following:-
Name & address, e-mail number, original order number, reason for return.
Please Contact Us so we can inform you where to send and arrange the refund. Please note we can only refund the total cost of goods, if there are shipping charges to be refunded we may offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
